The “Delivering Defence Dining Quality” (3DQ) Review aims to improve the quality of food provision across the Defence estate.
This 3DQ Review is being undertaken by MOD personnel on behalf of the Military People Leadership Team.
To achieve this aim, the 3DQ Review objectives are to:
Investigate the ‘lived experience’ of Defence Catering and Dining Policy, including but not limited to Pay As You Dine (PAYD);
explore evidence-based approaches to enabling and promoting healthy eating across the Defence estate through improving the delivery and quality of provision;
support the health and wellbeing of all Defence people; and
specifically promote the performance capabilities of Service personnel in undertaking military occupational roles.
It is essential that the we hear from of as many Defence people as possible, to ensure that the survey results reflect the majority view of the organisation.
Army TLB personnel and Army TLB civilians who have already participated in the Army EATS messing survey need not complete the 3DQ Review survey; the Army EATS messing survey data will be included in the 3DQ Review Report to ensure that Army views are represented.
