British Army Feedback Form

Tell senior leaders what you think about the Army

You don’t have to wait for CGS's Briefing Team to visit your unit.  Another way we gather your opinions, views and ideas is through the British Army Feedback Form.

If you have something you want to say to senior leaders, tell us by using the form.  This is monitored by members of CGS’s Briefing Team and the Army Sergeant Major.  You can give us your contact details or remain anonymous, it’s up to you.

You can raise anything that is important to you, ranging from tactical to strategic issues.  Think about the Defence Lines of Development (DLODs); training, equipment, personnel, information, doctrine, organisation, infrastructure & logistics.  We’re also interested in anything impacting morale.

We want to know about your positive experiences and anything you like about the Army, so that we can protect and improve upon it.

If you have a personal issue, we may be able to signpost you in the right direction for assistance.

This survey is anonymous.

The record of your survey responses does not contain any identifying information about you, unless a specific survey question explicitly asked for it.

If you used an identifying access code to access this survey, please rest assured that this code will not be stored together with your responses. It is managed in a separate database and will only be updated to indicate whether you did (or did not) complete this survey. There is no way of matching identification access codes with survey responses.

In which category does your issue, concern or idea best sit?

These are UK Defence’s Lines of Development.
(This question is mandatory)

What does your issue, concern or idea mainly relate to?

These are the 5 x sub-cultures of a high-performance culture (Just / Learning / Reporting / Questioning / Flexible) and are required in Defence as a result of the Haddon-Cave review into the Nimrod crash.  They are what most Service Inquiries and our cultural change are judged against.  If we can record issues, concerns and ideas in these areas they will be easily understood at the highest levels.  If we can get those completing the form to offer their suggestions, this helps us all out.
