This form enables you to apply or register your interest for restorative measures, delivered by the Ministry of Defence, for anyone directly impacted by the policy prohibiting LGBT Personnel serving in the Armed Forces between 1967 and 2000.
Some restorative measures are ready to be awarded immediately while others will take longer. This form includes the restorative measures that will be ready soon. The Defence Restorative Action team will deliver these as soon as they're available. You do not need to apply again.
