DCYP, MOD Schools Supreme Headquarters Allied Powers Europe (SHAPE) Childcare Survey - 2020

The purpose of the MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey is to offer personnel an opportunity to share with us what they think about the childcare options currently available. This bespoke childcare survey will provide a valuable source of evidence about what is important to parents and what concerns them. The information will be collated and where applicable can be used to shape improvements.

Why is the MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey important?

The MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare survey responses will give us an overall sense of how parents with babies and young children feel about their experiences of living and working in SHAPE. By analysing your views, we will better understand the real-life experiences of parents, be they lone serving, dual serving or UK based civilians.

Who should complete the MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey?

As a Service person or UK based civilian working with the EJSU or in a NATO supported organisation, you are invited to take part, your views and honest opinion is greatly valued.

How do I complete the MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey?

The MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey will run from Monday 2 November until Monday 23 November 2020.

The Survey will take approximately 15-20 minutes to complete, if you have to leave and come back the survey will allow you to resume from where you left off.

The Survey is anonymous and responses will be grouped.

Thank you, in advance, for your time in completing the MOD Schools SHAPE Childcare Survey and best wishes to you and your family.
