We are keen to hear your views on your role and work tasks within HR to help the Strategic Support Programme (SSP) identify where potential improvements could be made in the future of this service area.
We will be inviting you to complete this survey again in 12 months time so that we can understand how the improvements have impacted your work.

About the survey:
• It should take approximately 30 minutes to complete
• Space is provided at the end of the survey for any additional comments you wish to make
• Some questions will require an open text response
Your replies will be treated in the strictest confidence and no one from your Chain of Command will see your completed survey. To make sure your views remain confidential, only grouped answers will be reported. Responses from individuals will not be identified.
The researchers will link your responses to JPA to provide some information, such as your Branch or Trade, gender, age, national identity, rank, enlistment date, contract type, and voluntary outflow status, so that we don’t have to ask you these questions in the survey. If you are not happy for your JPA data to be used in this way, please contact the researcher whose details are included below. Please note that if you deny permission for both the JPA information and your rank and Service information to be linked to your survey responses, your responses cannot be used for analysis, and you are advised not to complete the survey. Electronic responses will be kept indefinitely and only the HRM research team and data team at PA Consulting will have access to this data.
