No 1 AIDU Customer Satisfaction Survey 2025

 

The primary aim of this annual survey is to gain overall customer satisfaction and feedback on the performance of No 1 AIDU in its mission to provide timely, relevant and accurate aeronautical information.

 

Aside from this survey, we encourage all of our end-users to continue to get in contact for any related feedback of our products and services as well as submitting flight safety information via the 'Contact Us' form on Milflip.

 

Privacy Notice: In order to utilise the feedback and engage with customers where necessary, we do require some personal information. This data will be securely stored only for internal business purposes and to ensure our customer records are kept as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
